I also forgot to mention that SMC security/VP accidentally sent out an emergency text message and phone call on our emergency system today telling us there was a tornado warning and to take shelter immediately. I was in the department office and got to be a part of the chaos that ensued with Katie et al. Quality. Of course, I was there when they sent out the "disregard" texts. And then we received like 3 apology emails that were sure to tell us not to ignore these alerts in the future. Nice
