Happy Profile-ing

Here are some pretty good tips on keeping yourself safe online.

When I started looking for a job last year, I decided to make my facebook profile more "possible employer friendly". This didn't involve a lot, since I wasn't the wildest of college students, but I did take off some of the more tasteless stuff. Plus, no matter how much you think it takes away from the 'essence of you', being mysterious and leaving stuff to be imagined is way more appealing.

Luckily for me (not that that I actually had anything to hide), my new boss added me as a friend over the summer before I even started working.
